The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.


Estimated delivery times


United Kingdom : Depends on delivery method chosen at the checkout
United States : 7-14 business days
Europe : 3-10 business days
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

International Buyers : In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. JJB Castings cannot be held responsible for these charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees.
Returns must be sent back in original packaging with the UK CN22 showing and marked returns. Any customs charges incurred by not following these instructions are deducted from the refund.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
